These terms govern your school's use of MindSprout. By registering a school account you confirm you have authority to bind that school to these terms. Acceptable use: MindSprout is provided for legitimate pastoral and wellbeing tracking purposes only. Misuse, including attempting to access another school's data, will result in suspension. Service availability: We target 99.5% uptime during UK term time. Planned maintenance is announced via the admin dashboard. Liability: MindSprout is a pastoral awareness tool. We are not liable for clinical or safeguarding decisions made by school staff. Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. On termination, schools can export their data; we delete it within 60 days unless legally required to retain it longer.
