Partner FAQs
Do we need a minimum number of schools?
No fixed minimum, but volume pricing kicks in from 5 schools. Below that we'll still happily work with you — we just won't co-brand the rollout.
Can we resell MindSprout under our own name?
Yes. We offer a white-label tier for established pastoral and EdTech providers. Talk to us about brand, domain and support routing.
How does billing work across many schools?
One annual invoice to you, or direct invoicing to each school with your partner discount applied — your choice.
Will MindSprout share data across schools in our network?
Only if every individual school opts in. By default, no school in your network can see another school's data, and the network-level dashboard shows only anonymised, aggregated trends.
Do you replace our existing CPOMS / MyConcern / safeguarding system?
No. MindSprout sits before safeguarding — it surfaces who might need a conversation. Concerns are then logged in your existing safeguarding system as normal.
Can we co-fund the rollout?
Yes — many local authorities and charities part-fund MindSprout for their schools. We're happy to structure pricing to make that easy.
